Many of her clients have medical conditions such as Arthritis or High Blood Pressure or have had Hip or Knee Replacements. Helen is able to provide exercises to make everyday activities easier such as gardening and running around after the grandchildren!

Helen's interests mainly include keeping fit and active and she likes to take part in various half marathons and 10km races. In June 2012, Helen completed her first ‘ultra’ marathon by running 69 miles in 2 days along Hadrians’ Wall in aid of Dorothy House Hospice.
