She cares about building good relationships with her clients and making them feel at ease, and is passionate about helping people live life to the full through targeted exercise. She also tries to make her sessions as enjoyable as possible, so you’ll look forward to coming to the gym!
No matter how old (or young!) you are, Siobhan will help you build and maintain strength and mobility so you can keep doing all the things you love for as long as possible – and age (dis!)gracefully.
In her free time, Siobhan enjoys mountain biking with her husband, yoga and Pilates, relaxing with their cat of an evening, baking and the occasional horse ride.
Esther Hadrill
Esther has just joined the team here at Pettemerides Personal Training and is qualified as a Level 3 Personal trainer. She initially qualified as a fitness instructor in her native Germany around 15 years ago, and then had to redo all her qualifications
following her move to the UK in 2016!
Esther has worked in various gyms around the UK including stints in Cornwall and Cumbria and has gained valuable experience. She is hoping to (re)do her exercise referral qualification in 2025 as her German qualification isn’t recognised here.
Esther has always been very active and has a passion for hockey, swimming and running.
She loves working with people and guiding them through their fitness journey. She strongly believes exercise can help you cope with life so much better!
