We are delighted to now be able to offer ‘pay as you go’ sessions. If you are reluctant to sign up for a monthly direct debit or perhaps you can’t commit to weekly attendance then these sessions are for you!
If you are confident in a gym environment then you can come along and follow your own workout or set of exercises, but an instructor will be on hand to supervise as required, providing guidance on technique. If the gym environment is less familiar to you, then the instructor can create you a simple exercise plan to follow and motivate as required!
The sessions are held on a Tuesday and Friday from 4pm - 7pm and are bookable on the hour at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.
Due to the relatively small gym space, bookings in advance are essential, so there is a maximum of 4 people in each 1 hour slot. The cost is £10 per 1 hour session.
New clients have to complete a health questionnaire and disclaimer prior to attending their first session, these are downloadable below, but will also be available at the gym. If you have any on-going ‘health concerns’ then we recommend a quick check up with the doctor before booking your first session. Blood pressure checks and body composition analysis are also available.
Once you have filled in your PAR-Q and signed your waiver then use the "BOOK NOW" tab (on the right) to confirm and pay for your first session!
